Meet the Day or Night Senior Care Advisory Board
Tricia Murphy Ralph, Founder of Day or Night Senior Care, LLC.
Tricia obtained her business degree from Cork School of Commerce. After college, Tricia worked for Homeland Security before working with a large senior care provider. Sensing that things could be done differently – translated: better – she founded Day or Night Senior Care. Tricia and her husband Bill focus on the security and well being of our aging population while providing needed care options for our elderly loved ones to relieve stressed out family members dealing with the pressures of modern life. After being involved in the difficult decision process of senior care in her personal life, Tricia decided to help others struggling with similar circumstances. Everyone at Day or Night Senior Care is accountable to Tricia and her high standards of care and communication. She takes the care and security of our seniors extremely seriously and passes that mandate on to her employees.
William (Bill) Ralph, Finance Director, President and CEO of Day or Night Senior Care, LLC.
Bill received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Providence College and his masters degree in Criminal Justice from Anna Maria College. After college, Bill worked as a Specialist for the U.S. Government, and a Municipal Police Officer for many years. He received his Private Investigator license in several states and is currently licensed as a Private Detective in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Bill takes the safety and security of our seniors very seriously and personally performs all background checks on each Caregiver job applicant at Day or Night Senior Care, LLC. All applicants must pass this rigorous screening check before being offered employment at Day or Night Senior Care. Bill also follows up with clients to address any potential concerns and to solicit feedback on our services.
D. Nellie Provost, MSW LCSW
Nellie earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from Wheelock College. She also became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Massachusetts. Nellie’s graduate work focused on the geriatric population; Specializing in Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. She is also trained as a Virtual Dementia Tour Instructor. She has many years of experience working with families and resident living in long term care facilities. Her dictum is to provide the highest quality of care in a compassionate and personalized manner.
Deborah Conant, NP, APRN
Debbie earned her undergraduate degree from Northeastern University and her graduate degree in Nursing from Boston College. She is a licensed Nurse Practitioner and
provides input in the areas of special concerns and considerations when dealing with elderly clients.
Patricia (Patti) O’Mara, MA
Patti earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Regis College where she also became MA certified in social studies. Patti went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Community Counseling from Framingham State College and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in School Psychology from Rivier University. Patti is a Certified School Psychologist and has extensive experience in interpreting neuropsychological evaluations on clients of all ages and providing feedback to their families.
Attorney Thomas Ralph, J.D.
Tom received his juris doctorate from Suffolk University. He is a licensed attorney and police sergeant and has worked tirelessly to protect our elderly citizens. He is a devoted father and husband and has been solicited by the FBI for his expertise on criminal matters. Tom provides input in areas of elder law and protecting our elderly population. He is active in the care of aging seniors.
